About my experience

Sentinel E-Sitter

Helping people act on AI alerts with confidence.

Sentinel was a browser-based application for remote patient observers monitoring up to nine hospital rooms during its pilot. AI detected fall-risk behavior, while trained e-sitters remained responsible for validating alerts and coordinating the human response.

As lead UX designer, I owned the visual and audible risk states, validation controls, response timer, assignment workflow, and event lifecycle. I worked directly with frontend, backend, and QA partners and tested the experience with approximately eight participants.

About

Product thinking with a visual point of view.

I’m a product designer with 7+ years of UX/UI experience and a broader background in digital design. My work spans early requirements and user flows through prototyping, usability testing, polished interface design, and collaboration with engineering.

My background in branding and marketing helps me connect product decisions with visual identity, clear storytelling, and broader business goals.
